At HEART Psychological Services, our mission is twofold: to provide accessible, high-quality mental health services to the community and to foster the professional development of the next generation of mental health practitioners. We believe that everyone deserves a safe space to be heard, understood, and supported.

HEART Psychological Services serves as the premier clinical training facility for Taylor’s University. By integrating academic excellence with clinical practice, we ensure that our services remain at the forefront of contemporary psychological research and ethical standards.

BEHIND OUR TRAINING CLINIC

As a training clinic, our primary providers are postgraduate students currently completing their Master of Clinical Psychology or Master of Counselling.

Quality of care is our absolute priority. No trainee works in isolation. Every session and treatment plan is overseen by Supervisors who are:

*Note: Supervisors may sit in, review case notes, and may observe or record sessions (only with explicit written consent) to provide feedback to trainees and ensure that you receive the most effective intervention possible.
